I don't know which racquet I should choose...
I am playing with the Wilson Blade 98 (18x20) (2015 edition)
I think the racquet is a bit heavy to swing and underpowered and it's not so spin-friendly.
I’ve tried Babolat Pure Drive Tour and the Yonex EZONE 98 before too.
I think that the Babolat Pure Drive Tour is too powerful that I don’t have enough control. Also It is so stiff that I hate it a lot.
The Yonex EZONE is a nice racquet. However I don’t like its touch and feel and it is having a low stability.
Therefore I am looking for a racquet that is
easier to swing
more power and spin not only on groundstroke but also serve
similar control and stability and Stiffness too
Nice touch and feel

So I did some research and I found the following racquet:
Yonex VCORE Pro 97 (310)
Yonex VCORE 98 (305) (maybe too less control?)
Babolat Pure Strike 98 16x19 (Project One7) (will this be to stiff compare with the Blade?)
Babolat Pure Strike 98 18x20 (underpowered?)

Which racquet I should choose??? Thanks!

Yonex Vcore Pro 97 (310), Babolat Project one or Diadem Elevate would be your best options...

Thanks for your advice. Can you tell me more about the difference between Yonex Vcore Pro 97 (310) and Babolat Pure Strike 98 16x19 (Project One7)?

But the VCORE Pro is still having greater power than the Wilson Blade 98 (18x20) (2015 edition) ?

How about the Babolat Pure Strike 98 18x20? Will this racquet have the control of the VCORE Pro and Power of the Project one7?

Yea probably but I personally prefer the Pure Strike 16X19 or the feel of the Vcore Pro 310. I just don’t like 18X20s...the only one I truly like is the Wilson Ultra 97 which you should also give it a chance...great feel and control. A little underpowered but very comfy and great to play with. If I were you I would demo Vcore pro, Wilson Ultra Tour 97 and Diadem Elevate. Elevate is Foam filled and a real pleasure to play with.

The 2015 blade 18/20 hits a heavy penetrating ball with loads of spin in my experience.

I want to demo racquet too. However, I am not in USA so I am not able to do it. Thanks for you advice and I will also consider the ultra

vcore 98 galaxy is a really nice racquet...instantly fell in love with it. Galaxy version sports the black paint job that is only supposed to be cosmetic but I think the rubbery matte finish makes it play softer, more powerful, more flex, more comfort. I did play with the flame red version and did not care for it but it was a long time ago so not sure if it was the string setup or racquet but i definitely love the galaxy vcore 98. I would say yonex copied how wilson made all black RF97. I’m pretty sure the all black version plays softer than the original black/red RF97. Anybody else feel same way too?

Blade 98 18x20 (2015) is one of the more coveted frames on this board. If you find the frame lacking in power and spin, might I suggest to look at:
1) Technique - get a coach for a few lessons, tell him/her what you are lacking in your strokes.
2) String set-up - whatever string you are using, try lowering tension by a couple of pounds first, then keeping mains tension the same but dropping cross tension more. If still not satisfied, switch to gut/poly hybrid or multi/poly hybrid and see.

Switching racquet may or may not be satisfactory to you, and may come with unintended consequences (see many reports of elbow issues from Pure Strike 17 users wanting to switch racuqets on this board).

thanks everyone! I've got the Yonex VCORE Pro (310). Although I havn't tried the racquet on court yet, it feels like it is a bit head light. I think I will get some lead on it. Thank for all your advice

I just got the galaxy and hit with it tonight. It plays pretty soft for sure, but has loads of power. Personally I found it to be too light so I weighted mine up a little in the head and handle to 340 and it still swings very easily.

It definitely plays softer than the RF97, and I think it is a much better frame too. Of course I never liked the RF and I tried it multiple times.

I've tried the Yonex VCORE pro (310) on court today. It is fit perfectly to my game. I did my serve and groundstroke really well.
However, I think its sweetspot is a bit small. Should I get some lead on it? How many lead I should put on for the first time adding lead?
Also, I strung my racquet with Babolat RPM Blast rough 17 on 52lbs. I don't like the feel of mute and damped. I am looking for some other string with more crisp and lively respone. I know that Solinco Tour Bite will be a great option, but is there any other option? Thanks!

Project one has more power Vcore Pro more directional control and better feel...
How would the sweet spot and off-centered hits compare? I'm currently doing an extended demo with the Pure Strike 16x19, and while it feels great on shots in the sweet spot, off-centered hits are quite unforgiving (came strung with RPM Blast @54 lbs).
