What are your favorite shots on tour to watch? Who do you thing executes each shot in the coolest/most-beautiful way?
My all time favorites:

Serve: Tie between Sampras and Goran. Both had very cool motions.
Forehand: Agassi
2 handed backhand: Agassi. I loved Andre's baseline game
1 handed backhand: Kuerten
Volleys: Santoro. His volleys were unconventional but very good.
Dropshots: Coria. Could hit a dropper from anywhere

My current favorites:

Forehand: Nadal
2 handed backhand: Paire. He makes it look so easy.
1 handed backhand: Stan
Serve: Nole. His pre-2011 motion was hideous. Now it looks great!
Volleys: Federer. Always comes up with something special at net
Slice: Dolgopolov
Dropshots: Florian Mayer
