You need to be able to take a huge cut at the ball to produce results at a high level with the prestige. I could not compete at the 5.5/open level with this stick.

The K90 is more maneuverable and had more power with the same control.

Kblade... you must be kidding me, I could/would never play with this, string pattern is too dense, little to no power, no spin. I did have good results serving and volleying with this however.

My brother's current stick is the K90 so i do have more use with it.
My current stick is the Muscle Weave 200g, coming from the LM prestige mid, prior to the Original 85.

I play at about 5.5 singles and 6.0/open doubles and play in tournements (including futures, which i don't fair well in).

I just bought 2 KBlade Tour after demoing it, and needless to say, I loved it. It felt so natural in my hands and I had a tremendous amount of control without sacrificing power and spin. I felt like I could swing away and it will go where I want it to go in exactly the way I want it to get there. My previous stick was the LM Prestige Mid+, and I'm a former junior player now about 5.0.

KBlade Tour for me.
All very nice sticks. K90 can cause major damage with the plow-through just crushing the ball but the string pattern is a little too open and I don't like the weight distribution that much.
MG Prestige gives an addictive feeling, but atm the KBT suits me better.

I would probably prefer the Prestige but in the MP or Pro version. I like the MP version because its lighter and there is more room for customization while the Pro has an open pattern which makes it easier to generate spin and power but its also heavier which doesn't leave as much room for customization.

I was playing with the K Blade for a while... but a couple of days ago i saw the light.... all i can say is THE K 90 IS THE BEST BY FAR

I'm a 5.0-5.5, take big cuts at the ball, hit with a decent amount of spin, flat 1st, kick 2nd, serve and volley and try to get to the net as much as possible. I can not possible fault the K90. IMO the perfect modern racket :)

Love them too. I've planned to demo pro version. BTW, Kblade tour look great. However i prefer more open string pattern.

Would you recommend this racquet for doubles? Most of time playing is doubles and I am at the net for at least 80% of the time.

I understand that K90 has more plow through due to the higher weight but how it is possible that the K90 felt more manueverable while the swingweight is much heavier than the MG Prestige Mid?

absolutely, if you play a control oriented doubles game and place balls I see no harm in using this, you can give the ball some good kick on the serves as well.

good point, i'm not sure why that is, but it just felt like i wasn't moving the racquet around very well. perhaps the balance? Maybe if it had speedports it would move 10% faster through the air =P

im suprised, many of you really like the kblade tour, maybe im just too old school for the newer racquets

The results so far are somewhat surprising to me.I expected K90 to be the winner. It is the most versatile racquet out of these 3 in my opinion.

Very interesting topic!

I am on the fence - that is why I opted to wait it out to hear what the verdict is on the KBLADE Tour. I did not want to spent the extra $$$ on the KBlade Tour (since specs wise - the Blade and the Prestige seemed to be similar except for the frame stiffness. Blade is a tad stiffer).

I play with FLXPT Prestige Mid, K90 and N6.1 90 - I found the Prestige lacking in the extra pop that the K90 and the N6.1 90 delivers. Control and spin were about equal.

This poll results show us the RECENCY EFFECT. What is newer is more exciting and in favor. Thats really all there is to it...

I chose the MicroGel Prestige, but I prefer it in the Pro version.
It has amazing control/power.

I can take huge cuts at the ball and with the spin generated the ball hit almost mostly right on the baseline.

For me, it's the KBlade Tour. I almost switched to it until I discovered the new Prince Ozone Tours. I did also liek the mg prestige, but in the mp form.

K90 is all the way no question in my mind.

I was resisting the weight.. to honest so frighten to try racquet for 12.5 weight but after doing demo of all racquets K90 is winner..

When I played with the microgel last week, my greatest weapon became my serve. I was blazing the T with over hundred mile per hour serves. However the backhand felt off with this racquet especially when I went for slices.
