how to do slice forehand and slice backhand properly

you need a grip big enough, not very big, just it has to fit your hand perfectly. i notice with small gripsizes its harder to slice than with bigger gripsizes.

I do that most of the time, but apparantley the correct way is high to low, then back high, with a locked L shape with the racquet and the arm. When I just practice I can get that down, but when I'm pushed wide or don't have time to set up I still tend to forget to bring the racquet back up:(.

Don't need to focus on the back up part, as it naturally does as you go into recovery position anyways.
Since our arms extend from shoulders, and you do a long stroke for the slice, it naturally brings the racket up chest high, ready for your move back to center of court.
Hit enough, it happens.
Forehand, I slice off SW and continental grips. Backhand, I slice off a hybrid easternforehand/continental, continental, and Eastern backhand grips.
