Hi vsbabolat,
I do not exactly remember now, but there are 2 variations of P600 on the "printing inside the head of the frame".
Are the P600 with "classic beam" printed inside the head plays the same with the P600 with "constant flex" printed inside the frame?
Yeah there are 2 variants the early 1991 racquets with just "Classic Beam" then the change to "Constant Beam Classic Flex". I have both and there is no difference to me. Also they do have Twaron in the layup. In addition I have racquets with misprinted stringing instructions in the throat. It says 16x19 instead of 18x20.
vsbabolat! you scored extra bonus points for those green CAP! I have a Prestige 600 and going to put on i.Prestige CAP on it and see if it's similar to my brown Prestige Pro. From my past measurement (balance and static weight), it's very similar to Prestige Pro.
Also, is there really two different versions of P600 like Tandayu asked?
I've been putting on i.Prestige mid CAP on my Prestige Pro, Prestige Pro 600 because the full CAP + natural gut would make them about 4-6 points headlight...too head heavy. That's with leather grip and overgrip.
Natural Gut + Prestige Pro = Awesome
vsbabolat... are they with 1/4 grip? willing to sell one? hahaha
i still play with my pc600 today
No, they are not 4 1/4. Sorry they are not for sale.
Hi Vsbabolat,
Nice pics of the prestige pro (grey/green). How does it play compared to a prestige tour or PC600? Also, where do you get these green CAP grommets? I guess they are not made anymore and they are probably not interchnageable with current 600 models??
The Prestige 600 is very comparable to the Prestige Classic 600. If you match the weight, balance, and swing weight of the Prestige 600 and Prestige Classic 600 both with C.A.P. Systems the biggest difference is the different paint colors.
The green C.A.P. Grommets will fit all 600 Series Prestige except the Flexpoint Prestige 600 and the MicroGel Prestige 600. The diameter of the holes drilled holes are narrower. The MG Prestige 600 C.A.P. Grommets will fit all 600 series Prestige racquets though.
