Has Anyone tried Arrow-Up clothing?

Has anyone tried fellow TTWer Kimiguroo's brand of Apparel, Arrow-up?

I purchased some clothing as a part of their junior sponsorship program, and am very impressed.

Firstly, let me talk about the look. The orange zip-shirt is very nice looking! The orange looks good, and I really like the zipped-up look (I was worried about this, but it looks very cool in person). In addition, I like the shorts (they have a cool feature, the left pocket is larger than usual, so I can carry more balls than usual) :) .

The shorts fit well, and are very high-quality!

The wristbands are where this clothing really shines. The wristbands are thinner than Nike's, and they feel better IMO.

But, my favourite thing that Arrow-up offers is their personal insignia option. They designed me a custom logo and put it on my hat and put it on my shirt! Pretty cool, huh?

I also like the price! For a shirt, a pair of shorts, a hat, and 2 sets of wristbands, the total cost was $65 dollars! That's like one Nike shirt!

Give this brand a try guys, I'm sure you'll like it :)

I too, just purchased the orange shirt and matching wristbands! I love them both, and will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

I'm interested in the hats for my next order? Has anyone tried them?

The hats are absolutely amazing. I just got home from vacation today and received a package of some gear. Love the hat and wristbands and I can't wait to get on court with the shirt and shorts!

I too can attest to the Arrow Up line being pretty good.

Haven't tried the clothes yet, but the hat and wristbands are high quality, and very similar to the other brands.

I passed on the personal logo feature, but I may give it a try for my next order. :)

Good job Kimguroo

Just ordered a shirt, pair of shorts, orange and white wristbands with the junior discount. They should be in on monday so I'll comment then, but I do already have the hat. First off it does it's job, very good ventilation. The only thing I noticed is the hat is naturally stictched a little sideways but that's all good with me because I like to wear my hat's Tsonga/DY style.

The site looks good, but I see they don't offer shorts for lefties. Their shorts are cut to have a huge pocket on the left side to hold tennis balls.

I'm sure they're a good product but I prefer to support companies that are "right-minded" or at least even minded...

Why don't they just make the pockets even? Never seen this before

Love the hat, got mine yesterday and used it and gotta say its pretty amazing on how it absorbs the sweat, but the key for me was wether it would keep my head cool or retain heat like the dri fit nike hat I have. Got the blue but will be ordering a white one, hopefully they get additional colors like charcoal gray, black, or navy blue.

I might need to clarify a pocket issue.
as you can see from the picture below.
shorts' pocket size should not be a problem for left handed players
right size pocket can hold 5 balls and left size pocket can hold 6 balls.
I tried several other companies' shorts (EX:fed us version shorts hold 5 balls.)

tried something new haha.
Actually, one day I finished a very long match and I was very tired.
when I drove my car and waiting for a traffic light. my right feet was firmly pushing a brake pedal. I tried to reach a cell phone in right pocket but it was too deep to pull it out then I stretched my right leg a little to pull out cell phone. I almost have a cramp at that moment. similar thing happen at taco bells drive through (Pull out a wallet). I thought it might be useful if one of shorts pocket is less deep.

Got a partial refund from Mr. Kimguroo due to postal expenses being less than bay calculated, very honest & rare move indeed! Shows a lot about the person behind a label!

I like the white shorts, are they a baggy fit or more tailored?
Thx

I might say fit is similar to nadal shorts and the other iron color shorts are similar to fed shorts.

Can you post pics? I'd like to see them.

If you go to facebook page, you can see the entire products with pics.

I don't overcharge shipping fee unless I forgot to refund hahaha.
Hope you like wristbands ^_^

received today the wristbands and I have nothing but good words for them! Definitely better quality than adidas/nike stuff and at a great price! More densely woven and tighter on the wrist but not in an annoying way, excellent!

Hi,

Regarding the Polo Ts, noticed its 88% poly/12% spandex..

Is the material thick like the Federer shirts?

thickness of Fed polo materials changes every season.
I think winter lines are thickest.
AU polo is similar to thinnest fed polo. very similar thickness to 2011 Wimbledon. might be slightly softer.

Honestly, I can't really describe perfectly. you should try HAHA.

BTW. NO EXACT ANSWERS FOR THE EVENT YET ^_^

Sounds good, will definitely try it out if its similar to the Fed polos.
Don't really like the 88poly/12spandax materials like these polos.. they don't feel as "stretchy":

Huge fan of Arrow Up! The orange shirt fits perfect and I like how light and comfortable the shorts are. And as mentioned above, the wristbands are top of the line. I look forward to more products and continued success!

Does Arrow Up do cash in mail or anything like that? I'm thinking about getting perhaps a hat or a wristband in the future.

slightly more strechy feeling or similar to fed polo.
I thought advantage polo material was okay...

The AU wristbands are some of the best. I have been using mine over 10 times and it is one of the best I have used if not the best.

Hey Kimguroo,

I sent you a message via the website. Hope to hear from you soon!

About the apparel: seems great and I will definetly try it out soon!

It was a joke hahaha.
HCB wants arrow-up shoes so I erased swoosh with rubbing alcohol and put my logo on it ^_^
My goal is making shoes and I have one shoes design which is nothing to do with vapor 7.
Hopefully I will be able to make one in the future

I compared with Nike PE wristband, I prefer mine haha.
I think slightly last longer than Nike PE.
It's durable and still have some softness with multiple washes.

Do they sell their clothing in the US? I just tried searching for them on google and couldn't find a website :/

Google with arrow-up tennis ^_^

Just a follow up of some new Arrow-Up stuff!

I got the new crew neck (black and neon green), shorts, jacket, and socks.

The shirt is so awesome! It's soft and breathable, and looks nice to boot!

The jacket is as nice (if not nicer) than Nike ones, and it costs a fraction of the price.

The shorts are my favourite part... They are like the fed shorts from 2009 but waaaaaaay better. They're soft, breathable, and are longer than some other shorts (I have long legs, and these are amazing for me. I do think they'd be good for people with regular sized legs as well).

I thought the clothing was pretty high-quality when I first bought some a few months back, but now it's a cut above. It definitely rivals Nike and Adidas for quality IMO, and is a fraction of the price :)

Costs:

Jacket: Nike $125, Arrow up $54.99 - $70.01 less

Crew: Nike $68, Arrow up $32.99 - $35.01 less

Shorts: Nike $68, Arrow up $27.99 - $40.01 less

Total: Nike $ 261 , Arrow up 115.97 - $145.03 less!!!!

Talk about bang for your buck. :)

So just out of curiosity coming back into this thread 11 years later. Does this brand still exist? Personally never heard of it before.
