I hope you are well. There is some Nike Rafael Nadal short that have the Nike and the Rafa bull logo in black. Im looking to remove them and add another color Nike and Rafa bull logo from another piece the Rafa shorts.

can you explain the vinyl film process to me? how do you make such small templates/stencils? what do you use to cut the film?
