Surely they are done with Fed exclusives now. The exclusives last year were a bit poor I thought.

i have confirmation from a nike employee with pictures from an official catalog of exclusive vapors and courtballistecs, and tees and a sports jacket (which they said is about 400$ btw) and the shoes are featuring this "reflective" theme, where one side of the shoe is all black and the other side has a metallic/reflective finish.... supposed to retail for 150 each... will show pictures once the open starts. limited to stores in niketown nyc and at the nike us open booth but not online...

Those are from Rogers Cup in Toronto. So far all the ones there are premier they have a few more but are more basic colors. The women's single wide sized ones had more variety of colors

You can get them on a different site, a site that happens to be sponsoring the Western and Southern Open in Cincy.

I guess they will sell them after the USO, for Nike can sell some at their booth first as if those wristbands were "exclusives"...
...Hence the "before the end of september" reply I got.

Thats weird, some shops in europe are already selling the wristbands. No clue why TW and TWE get them so late.

Whats wrong with the nike's designers?
12spring they released 4 different colours of polo for Roger but he only worn 2 of them
12RG they were supposed to let Roger wear the whole dark grey outfit with a white socks, lucky Roger didnt follow

12USO they gave Roger a whole navy outfit with a white socks???
Lucky i found a navy socks to match that outfit

And 13USO is the worst outfit i have ever seen, Navy polo with blue shorts, red shoes with white socks??? WTF? Seems like they just want Roger carry the US flag on his body!

Bring me back some 2009 desgin please

...Well the rumored LTD Vapor 9's are said to be black and reflective, and they're clearly V9's and they appear to be black with what looks like some reflective parts...and there's no current or other planned colourway like that so......

I posted about these in the "pros racquets and gear" section. Since I posted a link to that pic I've seen a video, and they do indeed have a reflective heel area. They very well may be the USO LE.

So, the all-black vapor 9 will be sold at the us open store and nyc niketowns only? Anyone can help me by doing a pickup of a size USA 10,5 pair?
There will be nike tennis socks too?

I was at the open today. They did not put out the exclusive sneakers, and I asked about those and a jacket and the guy didnt know anything. They had a strict no photo policy, but I brought a zoom lens!...

Was also at the qualies yesterday, asked the nike peeps about exclusives and they said they weren't allowed to say anything. :neutral: Unfortunately based off what they had out wristband/bandana wise, didn't see anything that wasn't currently available at retail.

The shoes will also be coming to some of the sneaker boutiques in NYC. I can't say which ones (not sure if allowed).

Shirts look pretty nice, like usual.

Anyone from Tennis Warehouse Europe can tell me if these black limited edition vapor 9 will be for sale on the website?

I ask cause there has been 3 pairs of limited edition vapors this year: the white/orange and the white/platinum with grass and clay outsoles...

there is a good possibility that Nike no longer offers (P) wristbands.
since Nike No longer offers special product number for bandana.
but you never know until you see it ^_^

Ant, called your big tennis site there and they'll have them in limited sizes and quantities.

My guess is that it's one of the promo wristbands : you can see them on the official outfit presentions :

I guess Fed just let the wristband "slip" too far on his arm and the inside went outside a bit too much. Hence a larger stripe toward the wrist.
Maybe he thought it was pretty cool this way, and didn't "adjust" it more.
