I rarely complain about it but in that game as soon as he was 3 bps down he slowed down everything. Even fogninis reaction was obvious. As I said, it took him 3-4 minutes to serve those three Bps he saved.

I don't know about others but Koening is getting under my skin now,I might not support Nadal tha much but I do like him, however this is getting to Evert-Federer level. I have always liked Koening but I don't think I will listen to him during Rafa matches now.

Koenig used to be good in the old days. But ever since Goodall left it's been downhill since. Rather than making insightful analysis, he just resorts back to his same catchphrases over and over again, and when you watch TennisTV often, it gets really boring. And yes his Rafa fanboying has skyrocketed. Watch Fedal IW 2017, Koenig was constantly making excuses for Rafa's AO loss, before Fed shut the gates.
Goodall on the other hand is still the golden standard of tennis commentators IMO, I hear him occasionally at ESPN, still insightful as ever.
