2006 Davydenko - 5 titles, including including a MastersOne of his worst years, yet still achieved more than Blake did in his whole career, and Davydenko did in 2006.
Djokovic was better in slams and defeated prime Federer in USO SF.2006 Davydenko - 5 titles, including including a Masters
2010 Djokovic - 2 titles (not even 1 Masters) and his first top 10 win was in August
Sure, especially when he ran out of gas against Tsonga at the AO, lost to Melzer at the FO despite being 2 sets up or got straight setted by Berdych at Wimbledon. US Open was decent but not only that wasn't prime Federer, he also needed to save multiple match points by going for broke and Fed mentioned that he tanked sets in that SF as his mind was on the final.Djokovic was better in slams and defeated prime Federer in USO SF.
Sure, Davydenko was better outside slams fair enough
The USO run alone is better than anything Davydenko has ever accomplished at a slamSure, especially when he ran out of gas against Tsonga at the AO, lost to Melzer at the FO despite being 2 sets up or got straight setted by Berdych at Wimbledon. 100%. Next time when discussing top opposition don't foget to mention that Gaudio in 2004 > Djokovic in 2010. Clearly 1 tournament erases 20 other failures. 1>20The USO run alone is better than anything Davydenko has ever accomplished at a slam
Both are weak years but one had big 4 the other had Davydenko and Blake100%. Next time when discussing top opposition don't foget to mention that Gaudio in 2004 > Djokovic in 2010. Clearly 1 tournament erases 20 other failures. 1>20

When you don't actually watch tennis...One of his worst years, yet still achieved more than Davydenko did in 2006.
Yes, Djokovic was AMAZING in 2010 outside of the US Open.
Not saying USO10 Djoker was peak, but didn't Novak also needed 5 sets to beat Anderson at W15 and Simon at AO16, despite being considered at his absolute peak during this period ?At the USO 2010 Novak. needed to be at his peak as he went to 5 sets in his 1st round. But for Nadal fans he was probably at his peak. Still Nadal had an incredible win against Youzhny.
What was the best year post 2001 then Pete? You'd have to try pretty hard to find a year worse than 2006
After all that you cycle back to the name game. Hilarious. Did you watch Davy and Blake in 2006?Both are weak years but one had big 4 the other had Davydenko and Blake
Heaven on Earth with an onion slice...I want a whopper so bad r.n :/ and "Cheeseburger in Paradise" is literally playing in the lobby at work
2006 Blake better than anyone Nadal has beaten in his USO final runs except 2011 Murray. After all that you cycle back to the name game. Hilarious. Did you watch Davy and Blake in 2006?
2006 > 2010. More top 10 meetings from Fed, better top 2,
2006 Blake better than anyone Nadal has beaten in his USO final runs except 2011 Murray.
2019 was better than 2006.2006 is a masterpiece.
2010 = lack of competition with Fed and Novak out of form.
Heaven on Earth with an onion slice...
You'd have to try pretty hard to find a year worse than 2006
Youzhny................Kiefer!At the USO 2010 Novak. needed to be at his peak as he went to 5 sets in his 1st round. But for Nadal fans he was probably at his peak. Still Nadal had an incredible win against Youzhny.
No, thats no.2006 Blake is probably comparable to anyone Nadal has beaten at the USO period.
No, thats no.
Djokovic of 2010 is better, come on!
Even Thiem of 2018 can defeat peak Blake.
What was the best year post 2001 then Pete?
Helped by being no dominant force in 2019.2019 was better than 2006.
Djokovic and Nadal were monsters and Federer played well from Dubai to Wimb.Helped by being no dominant force in 2019.
On the faster courts of 2006 Thiem would struggle more. No, thats no.
Djokovic of 2010 is better, come on!
Even Thiem of 2018 can defeat peak Blake.
But not better than 2006. More top 10 meetings for Fed, better top 2 and Fed even played Nadal more times than Nadal played Fedovic combined.2010 winning the poll easily. People voting 2010 are correct.
Very underrated year.
2002 was worse than 2006. Pete is lucky Agassi beat Hewitt.

Didnt Sampras lose to Yzaga in 1994, in his home GS?
2006 Federer would beat him. 2006 Nadal on clay was better than 2002 Pete.
They weren't monsters. Djokovic was extremely average after the AO and Nadal was also pretty average until RG and post Canada.Djokovic and Nadal were monsters and Federer played well from Dubai to Wimb.
