Dealing with the sun and having to wear glasses has been painful, tried to change toss location but lost the form while serving. How do you guys deal with the sun, if you do change toss location how to go about doing it?
Thanks in adv.

Gotta practice serving into the sun when you practice.
You have to know which toss location gives you a serve that goes in, is placed decently, and is replicable. The only way to know is to try varying toss locations, and try them in different times.
That's why tennis takes time to learn. No shortcuts, you put in the time and hopefully reap some of the rewards.

One obvious strategy is to try more of a topspin serve. Usually the ball is more over your head when hitting a topspin serve, so that can keep your from looking at the sun during contact.

Of course, if the ball is high in the sky at that point of day, you might try throwing out front more and hitting more of a slice or topspin slice serve. You just have to be flexible and not let is psyche you out.

That's why you learn to serve slight twist, topspin and topspin-slice.. You can hit all three with almost similar motion (Like Novak). Novak does this with about 1.5 - 2 feet difference in toss location between his twist and topspin-slice with topspin in between.

Yeah i wish I was close to Novak, but live in a 3.5 world and want to be realistic in what I can expect, just looking for tips on what others do when they do come across a scenario where sun is in play, it was just not me, my opponent failed to win a serve either on the side with the sun, i suffered a lot more because of the glasses.
