Cheap poly with power

I have been long time user of topspin cyberflash 1.30 but break strings often and it is getting a little bit expensive. I tried Gosen Polylon 17 and it felt stiff with almost no power off the string bed. I was looking for a cheaper poly that offered more power than the gosen and maybe a little bit softer. I heard Isospeed baseline is a little bit softer and powerful but I just don't want to purchase a reel and be disappointed. If you could offer some suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. I may just stick with cyberflash or go to cyberblue because of the comparative price but I was wondering if there was anything cheaper. Thank you

Isospeed is actually great, and it sounds perfect for you.

I didn't like it for the first hit either of the times I tried it (first time I just gave up, recently decided to try it again), but after a bit it seems to break in and it plays very well.

Thanks for the suggestion. I heard it played pretty good for the price but was a little hesitant to buy a reel because it is not available to try in sets. What gauge did you play with? I was used to 16g on cyberflash and when i tried 17 on polylon it felt like i was coming off the ball to early and everything was landing short. I would probably just get the 16g then unless the 16l plays better.

Somewhat of a similar situation i'm in. I have played both CF and CF in 16g, but since i hardly ever break strings, i was thinking of moving into thinner strings. I've always wanted to try the IsoSpeed Baseline strings as well, but thought it would be too much of a risk seeing how they're not sold in sets.

Any comparisons between the strings?

Post that you want a set in the string trade section, someone can probably sell you a set to try out.
