If my team begins with the serve in the match or in the set, we can in our first return game choose who returns from the egal side and who from the deuce side, when we already know how the opponent team returns from the egal and from the adv side.
I mean we can choose who plays cross ralies with who most of the time ( both teams plays one up one back)

Is it correct?

Yes that's true, though most folks choose based on their personal skillset and preferences rather than those of their opponents.
