Fernando Verdasco's new new blacked out frame

In China, Valencia, and Stockholm open fernando was using a supposed blacked out head racquet with 18/20 string pattern. But, in his last tournament of the season Paris 1000, he was using a obviously different frame than before. It looked smaller than 100 square inches, looks like a 98. The new frame also looks like the old frames he use to use, more classic flat beam shape. It did look like a blade, but the blade has a rounded curved beam so most likely not. I think the frame looks really similar to the dunlop aerogel 4d 300 tour, the specs add up 18x20 and similar beam and frame structure, but still not 100% sure though. Fernando needs to hurry up and choose a frame and get the paintjob so i can buy one too. He does switch quite often, i think he shoud've stayed with the aeropro drive. Anyways, any opinions or thoughts on what it might be. it would be helpful, thanks.

Ummm, you must have the 'perfect pitch' equivalent of eyesight, because there's no way I could discern a 2 sq in difference if two frames were placed side-by-side, let alone from two different photos.

Upon looking at some photos I do beleive that he has changed from the head blackout he was using. My bet would be back to his old Tecni frames. And was he ever a vibe stop user cause he appeared to be using one @ bercy.

Think Crisp is right ! Hope so, as Verdasco never played with any frame as well as he did with his old Tecnis... but can't we see the pictures anymore ?

I don't think its his old tecnifibre frames because the blacked out racquet he is using currently is an 18x20 string pattern and back when verdasco used his tecni and aeropro drive he used a 16x19. So in my opinion I think that verdasco is using a new frame and a new string pattern, Maybe a different tecni frame with an 18x20 rather then his old old one

I have to agree with you and I like Head sticks; even used the Rev Pro before I answered the siren song of the RF97A. The Astroturfers on Tech sites could learn from him.

I don't blame him for trying everything. Although I still think his big problem is between the ears; I occasionally re-watch the epic AO SF v Nadal - he can hit the shots.

I think the head still looks a little bit too small to be a Speed Pro, more like a 95 inch so it's still the Radical i think.. It's a bit hard to see of course
