How was Saw II?

Alot of people say that Saw was not a good movie at all, while I think it was a great movie. Maybe it's because I haven't seen tons of scary movies or any mind puzzlers, but I do know the acting was really bad.

But as for storyline, and the mood setting, I thought it was all good, and the surprise at the end was awesome.

I want to go see Saw II, but if anyone out there has seen it, is it good? I'm thinking it won't be anywhere close to being surprising since we know who the killer is, and the fact that they're reusing the "people trapped in a room together" except with eight people again won't refresh anything.

And the most big thing that's making me wonder whether or not to spend time to see it is that this movie was made in...one year. I don't think any quality movie can be made in one year.

But for anyone who's seen it, can anyone give a good review for it?

No.

The first one sucked big time but somehow some of my friends liked it somewhat. However, even they thought the second one was trash.
Yeah there is a surprise but like the first one, who cares what the surprise in the center is if you have to eat through a turd to get to it?

why don't you just go see it? What you can't afford 7$?

Actually I can't. I'm -54 bucks cause I have to pay back alot of people. And even if I did have money, I wouldn't just go out and watch it. I don't want to have the same feeling I did after watching Fantastic Four. Waste of time and money. And that's why I asked in the first place. Otherwise there would be no point in me making this topic, and I would've just gone off and seen it.

And when I said a good review, I didn't mean a positive one. I meant if I wanted someone to give me a review that actually skipped all the:

"OMG DIZ MOVIE SUKED CUZ OF THE STUPID CLOWN LOOKING DUDE"

And gave a review of what made it bad.

mo' money mo' ________

I saw it a day before it came out at a screening. For free. And I still demanded a refund. I wish I could have my money back, and the brain cells that I lost for having become even stupider for watching it. *Rant concluded*

probably the best psychological mindthriller i've ever seen...
the surprise ending was kind of sweet except that my buddy beside me predicted that sh1t while the movie was happening
ruined it so bad cuz he'd guess at everything

but yea i think the movie is pretty good , worth the money if you're into these kinds of movies

and its a indy film so i support it!

Take a wild guess as to how long the first one took to make, then guess how long the bathroom scene alone took.

Ready to guess?

18 days, the bathroom scene took 6 days.

Movies are only seven dollars somewhere?! They're $9.50 here! I haven't seen the movie, though I wanted to.

BTW- i think it neeted 30.5 mil....so it couldn't have been too terrible..

"Catwoman" won the Razzie Award for the worst film in 2004, but it still made $82 million worldwide. The ability for a movie to get the sheeple to buy a ticket doesn't necessarily mean that it is good.

blockbuster tricked me into getting an old version of war of the worlds by putting it in the new release section. It was pretty bad.

18 days to make a movie and 30.5 mil? Sweet.

My dad rented that because he isn't a great movie person, and he thought it was the same war of the worlds as the one tom cruise starred in. I don't know if you saw the same one but, this war of the worlds was one of those crap movies that don't make it to theatres.

But did you see the comercials in the beginning? There was that one really gross trailer for a movie about some dead pirate dude, and the whole trailer showed him chopping off people's heads, and holding up the severed heads, and then chopping some more. It was really gross.
