I'm not sure I'd consider Kohlschreiber a similarly 'bad match up' factoring their lopsided head to head. However, isn't it interesting and even surprising how Andy Murray, even against all of his 'bad match ups' outside the big 3 (Federer, Nadal and Djokovic), he still doesn't have a losing record against any of them. Stanislas Wawrinka is another that comes to mind but I think with him, it's a case of both being evenly matched more than a match up problem itself.
Djokovic has a losing head to head against some of his bad match ups (Ivo Karlovic and Nick Kyrgious). Rafael Nadal also has a losing head to head against some of his bad match ups (Dustin Brown and Davydenko). Murray (and to some extent, Federer as well) seem to not have any losing record against anybody outside the big 3.
