Lightweight, low-volume replacement insoles?

Hey everyone

Sorry to make another insole thread. But most threads seem to cover the usual high-volume orthotic type insoles.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good lightweight (probably foam) replacement insoles to replace stock shoe inserts once they get worn down?

I would never wear heavy inserts like superfeet which add too much weight and height to your heel. Something with similar volume to most original stock insoles but with durable comfort and a bit of arch support.

Thanks

P.S. I know ORTHOLITE are probably the best foam insoles out there. I've had them in some of my shoes (some brands offer them as standard, e.g. Merrell, some Asics, etc) and always liked them because they tend to maintain their shape and density.

However I've seen some people say they aren't great for high intensity sport where you sweat a lot as the open-cell construction is more absorptive. Dunno if this is true. I've used them more in walking type shoes. But I see you can now buy some Ortholite insoles on their own (e.g. 5.11 tactical offer them), I wonder if anyone uses them as replacement here for their tennis shoes (don't Nike offer them as standard is some models?)
