Lobster Elite Grand IV: Need New Charging Adaptor

Hi. The charger I've had for almost 7 years for my Lobster Elite Grand IV snapped. I need to get a replacement.

I ordered one off another major online retailer and the end was too small. Anyone know a good replacement that doesn't cost $150? That's what Lobster wants on their website.

I cant say specifically for the Elite Grande but I have owned 3 Elite One machines. With those I had the premium fast charger which is a Soneil 1206SX2 but obviously supplied by Lobster.
Assuming yours are the same as or similar I suggest you look at a site as below.

i bought replacements from them for $69.
Even if you charger is a different one I suggest you contact them. They are very helpful and it turns out the ball machine chargers are also used on electric scooters.

Since I'm local I drove to Battery Spec office in San Jose, CA and brought my Lobster Elite Grand IV with me and the broken charger. Super nice and informative folks. Two of them were really interested in my setup. They even took the ball machine apart and looked at the battery. They would've replaced it had I wanted that done. I haven't had battery issues yet though and the machine is almost 7 years old. I decided only to get the charger. Total was $24. Amazing. Works perfectly. Sorted! Some photos:
