Hey everyone, been reading a lot about PJ's and about pros not using the new stuff, but, there's gotta be some pros that use the new stuff right? or wrong? For example, does any pro actually use the FlexPoint Head racquets? I've seen Santoro using what appears to be a Flexpoint Radical, dont know if he's got a deal with Head, since his string bed is not stencilled, is it the REAL Flex Point??? Thanks to anyone that can feedback

yes..lots of pros use new stuff....Babolats havent been around very long and lots of pros use them. People crap all over the Flexpoint stuff. I believe some of them condemn them never having hit them or wouldnt know a good racquet from a bad one. The couple of Flexpoint frames I've hit were pretty nice hits....i wouldnt pay much attention to all this talk around here about how 'they dont make em' like they used to' and all the paintjob conspiracy stuff..often people just guess at what is under the paintjob, and dont consider that the frame underneath maybe isnt a long obsolete frame, but a new frame using newer composite materials in a traditional mold

santoro uses a midplus i.radical with a flexpoint PJ. Most of the pros who appear to use flexpoint are using Pjs but there are some who are really using the flexpoint e.g. Karlovic. i haven't played with them but people i know who have say they aren't any better or worse than their non-Flexpoint equivalents...

Its funny though, 'cause from what I've seen, Santoro doesnt have the Head Logo stenciled on his strings. Does he have a deal with Head anyways??? That's why I thought he was using the real Flex Point Rad., Then again, why do they still use the FP paint job, and not the new Microgel PJ's???? weird...

Santoro uses the Original Radical Tour 630 from 1993 (Radical Trisys 260 Mp in The U.S.) wth the Paint Job of the Flexpoint Radical.

Here is some photos of Santoro's Original Radical Tour 630 when they were painted to look like the Liquidmetal Radical MP.
Hi, here some pics I shoot in Roma, you can see the Santoro Radical paintjob, strung with Luxilon Ace in the mains and gut in crosses.
