Nike Men's Roger Federer T-Shirt

Does anybody know if these shirts fit tight? I want to buy one but I'm not sure what size to get a L or a XL? I'm 5'10 170 not too broad in shoulders but pretty meaty.

I'm 6'0" 180 and I wear a large in that shirt and it fits well.

Another question to add, Does this shirt shrink significantly after the first wash? That might help you also and I am wondering myself.

It shrinks a little since it's 100% cotton, but not a whole lot. The shirt has a slimming, Euro-type fit.
