Wimbledon titles?
Weeks at No1?
Year End No1?
WTF?

Here are my best guesses for each category:
Career Slams 23
Wimbledon Titles: 7
Weeks at No1: 372 (Medvedev, Tsitsipas, or Zverev will finally overtake him towards the end of next year)
Year End No1: 7
WTF: 5 (I don't see him adding to this total)
Masters 1000: 41 (he doesn't care much about these at this point he has said but I'll give him 5 more)

Sounds about right, but he'll definitely try to at least tie if not pass Fed's 8 Wimbledon's. Probably 400 weeks #1, who can challenge him? Weakest field in history when the #2 player is getting straight setted in slam finals.

23-25 slams (10+ AO, 4-5 USO, 7-8 WIM, 2 RG)
40 masters titles (hopefully completing a triple career masters if he wins Cincy and MC one more time)
100 titles overall
400+ weeks at #1
6-7 WTFs
Olympic Gold

The most complete career of all time!

It’s so hard to tell because he plays with a Governor on his aggression 90% and there are like 6 players on the cusp of forcing him outside that comfort zone. The question is can he still win if he’s forced to play aggressively 2-3 matches per slam. Honestly I dunno. I suspect we’ll finding out this harcourt season as Med/Tsits/Zvev and others will all be better than last year, possibly good enough to deny him his default game plan.

im going to say 2 more slams

If one of these guys finally takes him out in a slam final will the other one's grow some?
If not, it's hard not to see him getting 25 slams. 1-2 the next 3 years.

For the record I do NOT see him winning the USO/CYGS.

I think he will be upset by Zverev/Tsitsipas/Medvedev. All those guys have taken him out at WTF before...

With @Meles MIA, I appreciate your zest for the Next Gen. Somebody has to do the job nobody wants to do.
Had anyone asked at the end of 2020 if Djokovic would have a shot at a CYGS we would have all laughed in their face. Djokovic was beaten by Thiem and Medvedev at WTF last year and of course Nadal thrashed him at RG. He also looked highly vulnerable in the AO final vs. Thiem.
Those guys will all be hungry for slams in the next few years so Djokovic will need to maintain his current level and not get injured or content. A relapse of 2017 is a serious risk!

I agree, somewhat. Certainly the CYGS seemed absurd at the time. But I'm hardly surprised he won the AO or Wimbledon again. I predicted at the start of the year it would once again be no new champions this year. One more tournament to prove me wrong. Oh boy

If Novak manage to stay healty in the next 30 months (2,5 years):
Career Slams 24-25
Wimbledon Titles: 7, maybe 3th Roland Gaross, 10th Australian open, 4-5 Us Open
Weeks at No1: 400-423
Year End No1: 8
WTF: 6
Masters 1000: 43

I am not kidding but I think he has a legit chance to get to 30 slams or close to it by the end of his career. He can win 3-4 more WIM, 2-3 more AO, 2 more USO and perhaps 1 more RG. And how sweet it would be for him to best his closest goat candidates by 50% more slams. 30, that should be his target now and leave zero doubt about his goatness

But only because of Nadal at RG, seriously.

Some losses at the WTF have no impact for Slams as the past few years have clearly shown. It’s Best of 3 and different conditions to any Slam.

For your Next Gen hopes, I think Tsitsipas already had his best chance on clay, Medvedev in Australia seemed to be THE in-form player only to get thrashed by Djokovic, and we don’t even need to talk about Zverev’s chances against him at a Slam. No career win against any Top 10 player is all we need to know.

Serena Williams kept competing for slams (reaching finals) until the age of 38 (last final at USO 2019). Roger Federer kept competing for slams until the age of 38,5 (last final at AO 2020).

So based on the path of those players, we can expect Djokovic also to be able to win slams until around 38 years, which means he has good chances to win more slams until USO 2025.

I think he could win 1 more in 2021, 2 in 2022, 1 in 2023 and 1 more in 2024/2025.

That would mean he would end up with 25 slams.

Depends on health, but also his drive if he really leaves the other two of the Big 3 behind.

Career Slams? 25
Wimbledon titles? 8
Weeks at No1? 500
Year End No1? 8
WTF? 6
Masters 1000? 45

Even 400 is if he can get lucky. Novak doesn't care about masters anymore. So if he wins only 5 slams, he can't be number 1 for 3+ years.

I see so much hype here, but I'm in the same hype train, so no complaints from my side.

GS count: 21-24
No1 weeks: 360-400
No1 years: 7-8
WTF: 5-6
Masters: 37-40

Although my estimation seems conservative in comparison to earlier entries, I still find it amazing, extremely impressive and goat-worthy.
