nadal 's 2010 season is something to need to talk
he is the only male player that win grand slam three diffrent court surfaces ( clay , grass , hard )
but he didn 't reached the all four grand slam final like federer 's 2006 season or djokovic 's 2015 season
he lost andy murray at 2010 AO QF

and he even didn 't reached the hard court masters final
he only won three clay masters ( monte carlo - rome - madrid )
but every one can agree that nadal 's 2010 clay court season is tennis history ever perpect season ( monte carlo - rome - madrid - RG )
even 2010 RG , he won without a drop a set

so what do you think ?

Close between 2008 and 2010 and 2013. I think at slams it might have well been. He was on fire in RG and USO and the last 4 rounds of Wimbeldon in 2010 was nearly at his 2008 level. Outside clay masters in 2010 not great but he did run into high level opponents. Murray at AO/Canada and Federer at WTF and Roddick at Miami.

I think Nadal was slightly better on clay or on par at least in 2007-2008 and 2012 BTW.

Slams on 3 different surfaces (clay, grass and hard). No other male player has ever done this, which proves its difficulty.

UO10 was for me the most impressive slam from the Nadal. There was a certain shift in its performance on NY's hardcourt.
