i thought after nadal wins 2009 AO and 2009 IW , he is truly unbeatable on any major
but he lose robin soderling at 2009 RG R16

and he surprisingly skipped 09 wimbledon and he lost 09 rogers cup QF vs del potro
he lost 09 cincinnati sf vs djokovic
he lost 09 uso sf vs del potro agian score line was 2-6 2-6 2-6 just terrible
and he haven't won anything in the tournament since 09 uso ~ 09 world tour final

and his early 2010 season is not diffrent
- he lost 2010 doha open final vs davydenko ( he had double match point )
- he lost andy murray at 2010 AUS OPEN QF ( retired thrid set )
- he lost ivan ljubicicic at the 2010 IW sf
- he lost andy roddick at the 2010 miami SF

i thought at the after 2010 miami open he is gonna be one slam season or maybe just slam less season
but he won 3 slam after that and complete carrer grand slam

so nadal 's 2010 RG ~ 2010 USO , his biggest comeback ever ?

While he won more slams in 2010, for me and I think many others 2013 was the epic comeback year for him, because he got back to the number one spot against strong competition after dropping further down in the rankings and having not played for seven months, only Federer had fallen off a cliff that year, plus Nadal turned it around against his great rival Djokovic by beating him in two big slam matches. 2010 the competition was weaker.
