I created this thread to make it easier for those looking for my reviews. Ok, really it is for my lazy self! Just click on the racquet and it will take you to the review.

Thanks to the advice from my friend, Sagittar, I will tell you a little about my style of play.
I am 32yrs old, 6ft tall and weigh approx 175 lbs. I play very old-school!! I don't like to rally, but instead I try to find ways to end points quickly. This has led me to become a decent volleyer. I have a 1-hand backhand, and use a semi-western grip on forehands. My first serves are flat but heavy, and I use a kick on my second serve.

I wonder how much it would cost me to get the moderators to make this thread a sticky.....that would be really easy and suit my laziness.

jdeloach, thanks for the reviews. I remember you once having a Fischer MSpeed, I assume you have hit it with it long enough to warrant a review. I think it would add some good variety to your reviews list. Besides you seem to cover a good amount of the small companies which I think is good thing.

I can work on one, I actually hit with it quite a bit.

Great job!! Well done..

It would be great if the mods could just make a sticky of all the reviews and put the names like Voltron's idea, I found it great except he spelled my name wrong :(.. Haha!! It's all good Voltron, I was thinking of making more reviews but really got nothing new to make. If I get my hands on anything new you'll see some more from me but, JDeloach is doing a great job, keep it up man!

Jde,

Thanks for all this work, man!

I'm wondering from where did you get all these rackets to review? From just demos?

Definitely the most helpful reviewer on Talk Tennis to date.

Thanks Duzza! That is a big compliment coming from you.

Jde, Thanks for all this work, man!

Some are demos, but most come from trading around. I love trying different racquets out, and have come to realize that it may help someone make a good decision. That makes it worth it!!

I teach lessons to approx 20 kids at no charge, this causes my wife to let me play a lot more than normal...lol

thanks for the update man .. glad that i could offer a tip

And while that was a good pattern of lead which I really liked, I have however now leaded it up to try for SW2 as follows. I now have 48 inches (12grams) in the hoop and 20 inches (5 grams) under the grip at the buttcap. I'll see how this goes now. I realise you are now onto the RDX but you might want to try this amount of lead too. It takes some getting used to. I'll see if I can compete with it.

Have you ever demoed the Avery M3 Power? How does it compare to Wilson's Tour racquets (specifically the 6.0 85, and Tour 90 family)?

I have to say these reviews are some of the best reviews out there. Very comprehensive. Good work jdeloach.

Gotta give credit to Pnoyr for starting this new review format with his Mfil 300 review.

jdeloach, I saw you did a Volkl DNX 10 MP review, just wondering if you could possibly do a mid review. Also a ps 6.0 95 review. Thanks for the great reviews you write.

Hi jdeloach - any chance of RQS11? I know you have done a few Yonnies - I'm not sure if you have already done this one - couldn't find it.
Thanks

I'm Back!!!

Sorry for the vanishing act, but I have been overcoming some wrist problems. The Dr. told me to quit playing with so many different racquets......but I don't think I can stand it anymore..;)

Coming up (already have the results, just gotta type them):

PS85 STV
PS85 China
PS95
Vantage (several)
CTS Lightning 90 (an "old-school" edition)

Stay Tuned!!!

I would also welcome your review or the Redondo (Mid perhaps, but MP would do as well) if you can sneak it in your schedule!

Thanks for the hard work!

After many years all of these review links are dead....lol You can google and still pull them up individually if needed. I have been secretly working on some new reviews for the following racquets: Head Pro Tour 630/280, Head Graphene 360+ Prestige MP, Tecnifibre TFight 315 Limited 18M, Babolat Pure Aero VS (2020). Also will be working on the new Pro Tour 2.0 this week. All of these reviews will be posted in this thread. They also will be setup similar to how my format was years ago, but difference is I am now 45....lol
Anyway...good to be back
