Tennis shoes for flat feet

I brought a few pairs of tennis shoes without paying much details, and ended up feeling not comfortable and sometimes pain. Later I search online for shoe buying tips, one of the tip is to choose for the foot type.

my feet is pretty flat. how can i find the shoes that is made for my foot type? or i simply buy some insole for flat feet with it? Is the insole type motion control?

I have flat feet, and if I do not wear the right shoes to take the impact of playing on hardcourts, I would end up with so much foot pain after matches that it was agonizing to walk.

My go to shoes have been Asics Gel Resolution 6, and now it’s 7. It is supportive and comfortable, though a bit heavy, imo. I never had foot pains since wearing them. That said, I am playtesting the SFX3 from Babolat. It is honestly the most comfortable and stable shoes I have worn that came in the lighter package. It offers nice arch support for my flat feet, and the cushioning is top notch.

I would recommemd both Asics Gel Resolution 7 and Babolat SFX3.

I don't think motion control tennis shoes are made, per se.

But I've found that tennis shoes with "low profile" heels seem to be a bit better and then maybe do an orthodic.

I'd give the New Balance 996v3 shoes a try. I have flat feet but have never bought special insoles. I used to wear the old barricade 5s, then the Nike Vapor 8s. Both of those lines grew narrower and got higher arches over time, so now I'm with New Balance and I love them. I had 2 pairs of the 996v2s and now I'm on my second pair of the 996v3s.

Another question is about how soft the shoe is. when I serve or split steps on toes, my feet would band a little bit. Many tennis shows is very hard. Would soft shoes be better?

Is T22 prince shoes? how does that feel?
T22 is prince they are pretty cushioned but maybe not the softest uppers

Im liking the Kswiss hypercourt expeess... even more cushioned and zero break in on uppers... Im getting used to all the comfort

you do want shoes where the upper has some structure though, for stability's sake.

I have very flat feet and use ASICS. Used to have the GR6 then tried the speeds and they are both awesome.
