Tennis Warehouse Playtest Results: Luxilon Element!

I already posted my review but wanted to put that I played my league match with it this weekend. The strings had been in the racquet for about 6 days.

There was some tension loss but it was not enough to ruin the playability. In fact it gave me some extra pop.

String just offers such nice feel and I feel very comfortable volleying with this string.
Hit some absolutely murderous forehands with this. Had my opponents literally shaking their head at them.

Great string and I really would like to know if this comes out to market and if so what it will be called.

EDIT
Last night I broke it :( The string did not make it quite 3 full matches.

I believe it is called Luxilon Element

I heard from friends that this is a Great string, perhaps the best from Luxilon yet. Is there any plans to make this in 18G ?? kind of like what they did with alu power feel

I doubt it, but that would be amazing. I so wish they would.

Why do you doubt it ? They did make the Alu Power in 18G..... in Alu power feel 18G
I know, I am a user of ALU Feel actually and I wholeheartedly love it. I'm just saying they probably don't have plans for that at the moment because it took them so long to make ALU Feel, that it is unlikely that we will be seeing any Element "Feel" for a while.

element feel should be easy to make. but Element Rough maybe impossible to make. because element is woven poly fibers, I don't think they can make indentation to make it rough

Anyone else try this string recently? I just strung my Tour F97s up with this at 52lbs and I am really enjoying this string.

I've used the following strings in the past:
Yonex PTP
Yonex PTS
Luxilon Alu Power
Luxilon Original
Luxilon 4G and 4G Soft
Babolat Pro Hurricane
Babolat RPM

I think it's better than all the ones you listed. What I like about the string is that it offers a very plush and has great dwell time for a Luxilon string.

I loved the string, and if it ever goes on sale, I will buy multiple reels of it. I have been trying other strings looking for something similar, and have not found one...yet.

It's a unique string compared to the handful (20?) I have tried. Towards the end of the play test I used the spin crimper thing...I think it worked a little :)

I like rough strings, I was looking at that thing!!! How do you like it so far, my only concern, would be reducing the life of strings.

Only thing I didn't like about it was the string was typical Luxilon. It doesn't last very long, probably got about 7 hours of solid play before the string lost that power and plush feel. I will probably only use this setup during matches and use Head Hawk Touch for practice.
