Terrible buying experience

Hello. I placed an order for matched racquets last Tues 1/16. I got confirmation the next day (1/17) so I expected to have them for my match that weekend. I asked the specialist on the phone and she said they were being sent out with 2day shipping…. They did not ship out until Sat 1/20 and I didn’t receive them until Wed 1/24.

This was by far the worst buying experience I’ve had. One of the main reasons I shop at TW is the quick turnaround. Extremely disappointed.

Worst buying experience would be something more like you placed an order for a product and never received it. You called to see what happened only to be told it never shipped and would be shipping out the next day. Fast forward 4 weeks later, you still haven’t received anything yet. You try calling to follow up and discover the phone number has been disconnected. You call your credit card company to dispute the charge but since it’s been too long, the credit card company says you can’t dispute it.

The situation you described above is not the worst transaction ever.

Pretty sure it’s second day shipping after it gets strung and matched, but I could be wrong.

This sounds pretty reasonable.

This is so dumb that I feel more stupid after reading it. How did you expect them to have matched racquets ready to send out immediately. What time did you order on Tuesday? Seems reasonable they only even acknowledged it Wednesday. Figure it takes them just 1 day to match them which would be awesome, they’re not shipping until Thursday. At that point with regular 2 day shipping you’re getting them at some point Saturday, likely not in time for your weekend match. What are you on?

Edit: did you order these strung? If so this is incredibly fast.

Omg!!! If that happened to me i would find the person responsable for the delay and make him put his teeth on the pavement while i Scream: you wanna make me wait now eh!!??? You wanna make me wait!!!???? I had my social tennis match on weekend and now im gonna look like an idiot!! Then just proceed to execute him.
