Thoughts on Prince o3 Tour Hybrid 16x18

I found a pair of Prince o3 Tour Hybrids at my local shop for a very cheap price and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these frames. Specs look about right but I am not able to demo so I'm just curious if anyone has any feedback from experience- thanks!

I consider this racquet to be the "one that got away". I didn't have any cash handy to grab a couple when TW was clearing these out, but later when I had a few bucks handy, they were all gone.

The best way for me to describe the play of this racquet is that it was like a ProStaff 6.1 Classic on a diet. I found it to be a very sharp all court performer and having used my old Wilsons for several years when I tried this Prince frame, it felt quite familiar and I could use it with confidence in no time. I actually liked this racquet better at the baseline than my 6.1's and its crisp punch and bite on the ball were welcome for sound serving and for volleying well up front.

One occasional knock on this racquet when it was current was that it could be a rocket launcher if the strings were too loose or too soft. I was a little amused by that because I've found most racquets that I've owned or tried out to be too lively when that's the case with the strings. Like my ProStaffs, the Hybrid Tour was well behaved with a nice snug string bed and while this racquet wasn't especially soft (I use the rather plush Volkl C10 now), it didn't have so much backbone that it seemed harsh for me. Firm with decent feel and rather good control. Plus, it's heft seemed to be just enough to make it stable in all phases of my game, but nothing like a couple of tree branches I've sampled that killed me in less than an hour.

It is a very "picky frame"... by that I mean string sensitive...

Based on the reviews that I read, its played better with a Poly than it did a multifil string. I'm typically a synthetic player (cheaper than a poly and does break so fast or do dead right away) so I'm wondering how a syn. gut might hold up in this frame.

Did it live up to its 347 swing weight or did it seem a bit heavier and lighter than that. I need to deicide today if I am going to but them. If I do buy them and don't like them- perhaps you'd be interested in buying them :) .
