Both your wrists ?

How the heck that happen? The AG200 is about as comfortable a frame that you can get? What's the tension, gauge n brand of the poly used?

I think it's more your technique than anything else cus it sounds like you're either wristing your shots or your are using a lot of your arm instead of rotating your shoulders to generate power.

Check out fuzzyyellowballs.com vid section:

If your strokes are anything like those guys n you are still feeling pain. See a coach n a sports physcian asap!

Anyway a typical tweener's frame is anything larger than a mp to below a oversize. My defination of a tweener is a Yonex RDS003 or a frame that's suitable for 3.0 or higher.

well my left wrist wus sprained a few weeks earlier and it made my wrist even worst.my right wrist which wus perfectly fine felt like i sprained it T.T.

welll like i m still searchin for my forehand but i wasnt twisting the racket in my hand or anythiin i had decent form. i get tons of good shot off but they vary, i wus hittin sweet spot alot, and i could put topspin or make it falt.its not AG or w.e that is sorry for not making it clearer but the racket i have is a Dunlop 200G 95 Hotmelt. the tension wus really really high my friend's friend strunged it.(i bought it off my friend a week ago) idk wut brand of guage but its poly...

thz for the videos they will improve my game for sure but i gotta rest my wrists for a few days b4 i pick up a racket and start swinging.

thz for answering my question mawashi, i think ima try to get my hands on a prince tt warrior people say its pretty good and looks nice for relatively cheap :D

A hotmelt... those are pretty rare so don't wreck it. High tension contributes a lot to the way a frame plays so it's more likely the cus of your issue.

Don't get a racquet just cus it's cheap but there are a lot of really great frames that can be had for just about $100.

My coach is Prince sponsored but he really likes the TT warrior n the EX03 rebel but you can surely consider the TT warrior, hybrid tour, Fischer M Comp 95, Fischer M Pro Number One 98 or even the Dunlop AG200.

Demo em n see.

lol i think its pretty wrecked when i bought it. there's lots of lil scratches at the throat nuthin really big but they are their, the dunlop print on both side is 30% scratched out, at the top theres tons of scrapes, the head guard is pretty bad. how do u buy another guard for the head? otherwise the racket is still very playable no major damage just some scratches at the top. i bought it for 40 from a close friend so its all good. but i hate this stick now that it F'ed up my wrists, how much do u think i be able to sell it for? i dont wanna ask my friend for money back cuz dat seem bad since i played with it and cuz i think it be weird.

thz the advice tho i will try to demo

Keep the darn thing but you can kidda forget bout grommets cus it's that old. You might have some luck if you ask about at a lot of shops or even contact dunlop directly.

I think meowmix uses this frame n it's works wonders for him so don't give up on it till you try some lower n more comfy strings.

Anyway, rest, recover then demo some other frames.

Cheers,

The way you type really hurts my eyes...

Look into something like a Wilson K Court...

Although they are both great racquets, the LM Radical and TT Warrior are pretty different and intended at different types of players. In my opinion:

LM Radical - Baseliner
TT Warrior - S&V/All-Court

Tennis Dunce

LOL! My bad. Yeah it's the matrix not the hotmelt. Either way proof that old frames aren't that bad :)

There are lots of posters here including myself who have found the joys of old tech, heavy frames like the RD7, matrix, PC600, PS 6.0 etc n found them to be really solid n in some ways lifesavers.

I mean has the tennis ball changed that much that we need space age materials to hit the darn thing? Sure the game has change some but it doesn't take Karbonite or Kryponite or whatever gel to hit a poly/multi/kelvar launched ball now does it?

Fact is the harder n faster a ball moves the more momentum it has n isn't it logical that the heavier n softer (within reason) a frame is, the more comfortable it is to absorb the shock n return it?

No I'm not, cus I'm very new to the game. I just like to figure out gear n I'm lucky that I have the chance to learn from some decent coaches.

Tennis isn't about gear but if you get a fame you really like n can play well with it, then you're all set. I was able to get such a frame so I'm really happy to share the experience of having tried out a heck of a lot of frames... way to many though :)
