Upgrading a ncode npro

Hi,

I have an ncode npro, and i'm searching for a racquet w/ a little more control and maybe a little less power. Closer to a players racquet.

Looking at budget offers, like a Liquidmetal Radical 98, a Dunlop M-Fil 200-95 or M-Fil 300-98...

What do you think? Appreciate any other suggestions.

Thanks in advance,
Rui

if you want to go more into a player's racket type, you want to choose a racket that's heavier, has a higher swingweight (in most cases), and in your case, a little more flexible.

the mfil300 is lighter htan the npro, so unless you weigh it up, i wouldnt recommened it.

the mfil200 would probably be too demanding for you as of now. its swingweight is almost 340 and compared to the npro, it's a lot heavier.

from your choices, i'd recommend that you go w/ the LM radical. it's the same headsize and string pattern that you're used to w/ your npro but is a little heavier and swings heavier. it's a racket that appeals to a lot of the more advanced players as well.

nice description. thank you! :)

no problem...but remember, TW price matches, so you can always find great deals at local stores.

I've used my dad's npro and it plays like my lm radical, except the lm has more control, more flexible, and a little less stiff as well.

what about the ncode six-one team 95? (the european version of ncode six-one 95)
it matches what you said (more swing weight and less stiff), only it is slightly lighter (289 gr, instead of 315gr of my npro).

thanks in advance.
