In watching the video again, I think what really strikes me is that you have no shoulder rotation on any shot. Your chest is always pointed squarely at the net, except on the follow-through on your backhand. While there are people who hit with an open stance, they still rotation on the shot and follow-through. Because you are not rotating your shoulders, I would suspect that you are mostly arming the shot.
