Just bought one at a deal from a certain infamous site. Anyone have a link to the TW specs or know them off hand? Thanks

dont understand why they listed the beam at 20mm while its 19 mm, the tour 10 mid plus is 20 mm. wonder why they do that.

Jonolau, How's $35 sound? It looks brand new from the pictures I've seen. I've got my finger's crossed that this isn't a scam. Even if it is, $35 isn't anything for a racquet.

I saw a nice frame at a great price recently...however, there was no feedback for the seller and the only shipping method was parcel post with no insurance...

Sounds like a steal. BTW, from initial post, I was under the impression that you already have the raquet on hand. Just make sure this seller has a good track record. Good luck!

Yeah, I made sure. The seller has excellent feedback and plenty of it. I feel pretty confident that the racquet will be in good shape.

Received the racquet yesterday. It's almost brand new with very few scratches. Amazing shape really. I noticed as I began building up the grip as I normally do that the grip states that it is 4 1/2 but with my normal buildup it is slightly smaller then the grip on my Dunlop. Are Volkl grip sizes normally smaller? Still a sweet racquet and really one of the closest replacements for my MW 200G's. Are the newer versions of this Tour 10 mid any good?

IMO, Dunlop shaped grips are near perfect, similar to Wilson...Do you notice the rectangular shape on the Volkl? They tend to feel smaller...Newer version of t10 mid is the VE mid... a smidgeon more pop, not as sweet feeling...

Yes, I do notice that the Volkl grip do seem to be slightly smaller than others.

The grip was smaller, but the shape has never bothered me. I've never noticed a rectangular grip on my C10 Pro. I just happened to be rebuilding my Dunlop grips at the same time that I received the Volkl.

Just an update. After playing about 5 hours the past weekend with this Tour 10 mid, I'm beginning to think that I like it just as much if not more then my 200G's. For me to admit this is almost blasphemy, I've loved my MW200G's. I play just as well, but the Volkl offers a little more control and a little more comfort. I mentioned that I've always been a fan of the "Volkl feel," this racquet definitely has it. When Volkl introduced the Tour 10's, I only tried the midplus because I did not feel that I could adequately produce topspin out of a 93 at the time. Now, I'm confident that the headsize doesn't matter, I ripped topspin with the mid yesterday. I'm really regretting being so stupid. Lesson learned, try every racquet I can that remotely interests me.

I may try the VE mid, although I may just lurk and try to find a couple more Tour 10 mids. I don't know that I'll switch to the Tour 10's from my 200G's but I am switching back and forth.

I find the Volkl 10 mid is easy to generate topspin and slice with. The volkl mid's 18 x 20 string pattern is more open compared to similiar rackets of the same size. For me its the best racket I ever used. Enjoy:)
