Lendl - 1983 - defeated Connors in semifinals, McEnroe in final
McEnroe - 1985 - defeated Wilander in semifinals, Lendl in final
Lendl - 1986 - defeated Edberg in Round Robin, Wilander in semifinals, Becker in final
Agassi - 1990 -defeated Sampras in Round Robin, Becker in semifinals, Edberg in final

Federer - 2010 - defeated Murray in Round Robin, Djokovic in semifinals, Nadal in final
Djokovic - 2015 - defeated Nadal in semifinal and Federer in final

Going by the opponents beat as you listed above it is Borg 81. Going by level of play will be some Sampras performance (even though he had a RR loss in all his 5 title runs).

In 1986 Lendl only faced one break point in the entire tournament(vs Gomez). This must be a tournament record low, and considering how players in the 80s held serve at a considerably lower rate compared to today, may be the most impressive stat I've ever heard of.

I prefer the 10 YEC semi, lol.
Anyways 4/6 of their matches at the YEC have been lopsided.
Only 12 final and 13 RR were competitive considering the matches as a whole.
Fed was terrifying in that match wasn’t he?

Underrated part of their rivalry is he gets Djokovic back, usually in dominant fashion, after big losses pretty much every time. point to prove for sure.

Incredible you mean?
I can't think of any but the Nalbandian run in the Shanghai Masters of 2005.
He was on vacation, and was called last minute as the eighth player because Andy Roddick was injured.
He rushed and took a plane to Shanghai. In the groups phase he beat Ljubicic and Coria (who entered because Hewitt could not participate), but he lost to Federer.
Classifies as second to Federer in his group, then beats Davydenko in semis, and then beats Federer in the final coming back from 2-0 sets down.

Gotta be Federer in 2010. He beat all the top 6, for once not including himself.
Ferrer -> Murray -> Söderling -> Djokovic -> Nadal

Federer 2006 for me if going purely by ballstriking performance instead of reputation/rank of opponents defeated.

Of the ones I’ve seen extensively, Fed’s 2003 run strikes me as the most impressive in terms of absolute level.

The stats on Lendl’s 1986 run look pretty sexy though

yeah, fed was phenomenal in that match.

So basically, just from the FH (not the FH wing), federer hit 16 winners, forced 6 errors from djoko's fh wing, 3 errors from djoko's bh wing and had only 4 UEs.

25 winners+errors forced to 4 UEs. That's a ridiculous stat.
Probably his best FH performance after his peak years.
Hell, this was definitely a peak performance.

Comments :

1. First set Federer was dominant, with Federer playing really well; Djoko not playing well . But the match came really alive in the 2nd set. The 2nd set was a really high quality one with some amazing rallies/shotmaking. I had seen this before, but had forgotten how good the 2nd set was.

To give an idea statistically, in the 2nd set : Federer had 32W +errors forced to only 9 UEs !
Djokovic had 19W+errors forced to only 3 UEs !

2. Federer's FH was clicking really well, BH was good, was moving really well, was excellent at the net. Serve was decent, but not great. Return was great.
Djokovic's FH was pretty good, nearly up there with fed's FH, but not quite. His BH actually let him down in the 1st set. improved in the 2nd set, but was still not that great. didn't serve that well in the 1st set, but served well enough in the 2nd set. Was moving pretty well. Return was great.

3. 2nd game of the 1st set, Djokovic DFed on BP.

4. 2nd set, 1st game great game by djoko to break. fed was up 40-15 ..great I/O BH by djoko, fed somehow gets it back, djoko hits I/O Fh winner
djoko gets deep bh return, weak reply from fed fh, djoko puts away fh for a winner
CC FH return winner by djoko on 2nd serve
on BP, gets back wide serve, counters I/O FH from fed by moving nicely to the BH side, elicting volley error from fed

Then at 1-3, its fed's turn to break back with a great return game. couple of FH winners ...on BP, long rally with some good hitting and finally excellent low volley from fed to force BH error from Djokovic

then at 3-3, federer gets to 0-40 on djoko's serve, but djoko saves all 3 BPs with some help of fed not really pushing the issue.

but at 4-4, federer puts in another excellent return game to break Djokovic.

At the risk of going into the hypothetical fanboy parlance:

that’s what - 4th or 5th best Fed at YEC? ‘03, ‘06, ‘07 definitely better or just as good.

Honestly I think not including the YEC in peak debates really hurts Fed & all the older guys like Pete, Lendl, Mac, etc. Djokovic also has some great peak performances but I think Fed’s 4th best might be >= to his best…

04 comes first IMO.
As far as 10 is concerned, depends on what parameters you focus on.
07 had a higher peak level for example, but also that loss to Gonzo in RR.
