What's on tap for Prince?

I'm having a really hard deciding between the Speedport Black and the O3 Tour OS. I know there is an Ozone Tour coming out soon that should have specs similar to what I'm looking for (a little over 11 oz, 320-330 SW, 65-70 stiffness), but because I like extended racquets, I'm curious if there will be an extended version of either the Speedport Black, Tour, or White, or the Ozone Tour.

Anybody have some insider Prince knowledge?

No insider knowledge, just a comment. I picked up a demo of the Ozone 7 and although I was thinking "too stiff, too light, chick stick..." I tried it out and really liked it. I also prefer 27.5 rackets and I felt this one hit a little better than the Speedport Black.

i want to know when we're going to see another traditional type racquet (non o3) from prince. now that james blake is gone, that may not happen any time soon.

I am guessing.... not for a while. They will introduce new lines every year with "ports" in every geometric shape known to man.

Hopefully never; if they do, I hope another manufacturer "adopts" Prince's idea -- I think the O3/Speedport racquets are a big step forward.

The Prince O/speed port design is patented, so you will likely not see any competitors in the future. Ironically, the patent is for the ornamental design and not the utility of the stringing holes in the frame. The sales of Prince racquets has exploded since the introduction of O-ports, so don't expect any amazing changes now.

Ok, here's what I need from Prince, any of the following would be fine:

A: an o3 white that's about 3-4 pts head light, or
B: a speedport black that's less stiff and doesn't make all that noise, or
C: an ozone 7 that's weighted a little more and maybe a little denser string pattern.

So I'm really hoping I like this ozone tour I'm hearing about, or whatever they come up with to replace the white.:-?

A= Lead an o3 white, not difficult. Then just check the balance
B=Hard to do
C=lead for part 1)
