hey all,
currently i use hurricane mains/xcel crosses, but they're gonna break soon, and i dont like the amount of spin from the hurricanes. i want something with more control spin and comfort, not power, and that holds tension extremely well, as i cant get my racket strung more than once every 2 months. i like putting my own power in strokes with more control from the strings and my racket (head fxp 4). im not sure which one of these to get though:

Gosen polylon ice 17G M / head rip control 16G X

or

Sigum pro poly plasma 17G M / gosen sheep super micro 16G X

or

Sigum pro poly plasma 17G M / Gosen polylon ice 17G X

i know the 3rd one is all poly, but ive heard that some people use polylon ice in full ply setups, i wasnt sure if thats bad for arm pain or not. i'd appreciate any opinions/suggestions. thanks

I would try the second one.

The first one's crosses are multifilament, right? So I think they'll get shredded rather quickly. And the thir done is just an all-poly setup anyways, and even if you have no history of tennis elbow, it's better to be safe.
