Whose topspin backhand is better: Wawrinka's or Gasquet's?

I've seen both live and they're both awesome. I voted for Wawrinka but the angles Gasquet can create with his are insane.

Prove it. Someone else attempted to and just showed Gasquet hitting a huge backhand off a floating midcourt ball.

You're talking as if hitting a 103mph backhand off a 'nothing' ball is a worthless skill.

It's not a skill to be taken lightly, Djokovic, for example, re-directs existing pace far better than creating it out of nothing on his backhand side. Give Djokovic a nothing ball to his backhand, and I doubt he could get the mph cranked to 103mph off it.
