Had to get out of the other forum, too many Murray whiners in there...

Great second serve.

It's anyone's match now, but hopefully Muller will surf the momentum wave and step it up. An early break now would be superb.

Fifth set, here we come!

This time Muller is serving second. So after nine service games, each time he will serving to stay in the matc

Muller is fighting like a lion! After two brutal five-setters, he refuses to give up and will play another one. It's pity this guy hadn't been as mentally strong several years ago or during his physical prime, I'm sure his career would've been different/better.

Wow, what an opportunity for Muller and Querrey. To become a Wimbledon Finalist or even a Champion.

Muller! Wow.
becoming a fan.
Someone on a previous thread called him a "Mental fortress." Absolutely true. No nerves.
Saw him interviewed after nadal and have to say I really like the guy.
How is it he seem to get so good all of a sudden? I Knw grass is his surface, but still ....
at 34.

Who thinks he could win it all?

Certainly! He could have done some damage on grass for sure

Gilles had an elbow injury and Courier said he switched to a lighter, more powerful racquet + lower tension and it worked wonders.

Thanks, I didn't know that. Regardless, I remember him squandering lead several times before (particularly in the finals he played before finally winning his first title) or simply choking on crucial points. That's not the Muller we're seeing now.

Wow another Cilic Wimbledon QF meltdown. Untouchable on his serve, has BPs in three consecutive Muller service games and blows it at the very end of the set. Gille could really take this now

Hope Muller pulls this out. I feel he has been the better player.

Can you imagine in your wildest dreams that you could possibly see Sam Querrey vs Giles Muller in the semifinals of Wimbledon? I mean I really wonder what the Vegas odds were on that before the tournament began. I bet if you put like 5 bucks on that, it would pay some where in the thousands to 1!
