yonex rds 001 mid vs babolat pure storm ltd gt

I've tried yonex rds 001 mid and am impressed by the crisp feel. On the other hand, I got a good offer for babolat pure storm ltd gt, which I haven't tried yet.

Which one can strike a balance between control and power well while not hurting the arm? I am a 4.0 player, currently using a yonex rds 001 midplus (98).

I have the non-GT Pure Storm Ltd and an RDS001 Mid. The RDS gives a little more spin (more open string pattern), but they're both solid frames.

The RDS is a bit softer feeling (to me at least), and the PSL LOVES when you hit a flat ball.

I currently have full-bed OGSM 17 in the RDS and full-bed NXT 17 in the PSL.

When I demoed this stick a few weeks ago, the closed string pattern really allowed for nice controlled flatter shots.
