Spare me the “who is Alex Bolt” stuff and help me figure out what mold this is (third photo)…Seems like a little wider up in the top of the hoop to be a gravity, maybe an Extreme?
Good find, it looks like a Blade shape (even though it’s a Head).Spare me the “who is Alex Bolt” stuff and help me figure out what mold this is (third photo)…Seems like a little wider up in the top of the hoop to be a gravity, maybe an Extreme?
Now I understand why you didn't list this in pros racquets and gear lol
Is this a tennis player?Spare me the “who is Alex Bolt” stuff and help me figure out what mold this is (third photo)…Seems like a little wider up in the top of the hoop to be a gravity, maybe an Extreme?
I’m glad it’s a new model. I was part of the stringing team for the Nottingham Trophy last week and did some of Bolt’s restrings - it irritated me that I couldn’t identify it.Yes, the new model coming out Next year

LOL.Pls no.
I mean, if I'm decoding the racquet series/name correctly, my response still stands.LOL.
the racquet name is coded.
Yeah, I mean - just no, that can't be right! (Now can it???)I mean, if I'm decoding the racquet series/name correctly, my response still stands.
"hi, do you have the ____________ MP?"Yeah, I mean - just no, that can't be right! (Now can it???)
But but but - it's still a Head, not some random Willie stick!"hi, do you have the ____________ MP?"
"sorry we dont sell firearms here."
Having spoken to Alex at Nottingham 1 Challenger, it was interesting to hear his thought on this frame. I won't be disclosing it but I'm rather interested in it myself for sure.
Yes, the new model coming out Next year
Be patient and wait and see. I cannot share more details beside it is a new line replacing Instinct. Is this an entire new line? It looks a bit like a 98/97 Gravity Pro?
We don't do patience hereBe patient and wait and see. I cannot share more details beside it is a new line replacing Instinct.
It does look like teardrop shape from the Bolt pictures.
I thought the same. That would have been great! Is this an entire new line? It looks a bit like a 98/97 Gravity Pro?
More like I don’t want to tell you what a player has told me in confidence at a professional tournament where I was their in a stringing capacity.I had dinner at Alex’s house the other night and he told me something very interesting about this frame that only the five people watching this thread would care about. Sorry.
That was the point. "I know something you don't" gets a lot of folks really erect on these boards. I used to have access to things, I know the feeling. Babolast is a good example. And to the greatest extent the proliferation of conspiracy theorists in society todaySuch a tease
I guess the cat's out of the bag now...We don't do patience here
Boom 69 HDYou can see it hAsHtAgTeNnIs instagram, new line replacing the Instinct called Boom.
Boom 69 HD
Mid size with 18x20 string pattern
Name's a shame...Boom? Really?
Name's a shame...
I guess they're targeting the Blade crowd with this stick, and have the impression the typical Blade user is between 12-16 years old...
I mean, it's hard, no, actually impossible to come up with a better name for a tennis racquet than "Blade", but Boom is really - a tragedy.
Eagerly awaiting the launches of the Rumble, Bang, Whoosh and Zap.
Why make a line that’s so similar to the Gravity though?
Eagerly awaiting the launches of the Rumble, Bang, Whoosh and Zap.
In the meantime you can at least use your Head Boom with the Zepp sensor.Eagerly awaiting the launches of the Rumble, Bang, Whoosh and Zap.
I watched Alex Bolt at Nottingham challenger also in two of his matches, the first one outside it looked like a black head speed but looked like it had blue writing in. Cool looking racket, nicer than novaks black speed. Great battle with Aiden Mchugh, did you see that match?Having spoken to Alex at Nottingham 1 Challenger, it was interesting to hear his thought on this frame. If you hit big and hard the gravity is a bit clumsy on certain shots, it's great with a big wind up but if you want to step on to short ball say and generate pace quickly it's not happening easily with that frame. There's no way bolty was using a frame that big. Those guys don't need an enlarged sweetspot. They are on the moneyI'm assuming it's just Gravity in "shape" / "sweetspot", but more targeted at Speed (Power) or Extreme (Spin).
Similar to how Prestige and Gravity are both supposed to be targeting "Control" players.
