don't follow the feet just kinda stare past the shadow and you will start to see it turn around

I am not having a laugh....

The feet worked for me, but it works differently for some people, and I think some can't see it at all.

after you do it successfully a few times, you can get her to switch directions much faster.

block off everything but her foot, it turns left right left right, and after a while you can "see" it change direction (since nothing is really "rotating").

Another trick i heard that was good, was to look at the dancer, and note what direction she is spinning (cw, ccw), then imagine the foot that is stationary is the OTHER foot. It'll start spinning the other direction.

It takes a while to pick up.

I got it, just put your face close to the screen and then go back, always staring at the dancer.

BTW why do you think to some people it rotates one way and to some people the other way, I mean the first time they see it.

It's an Animated Gif with 34 "frames", you can easily tell by it's small size....

You can also get an Animated Gif software and see them all.

My trick is to look past the left side of the monitor. Then glance up and down and it changes fast.

Looking side to side between the edge of the monitor and the dancer itself changes it too

It seems I can get a better (fleeting) glimpse of the silhouette of the dancer's nipples when I "spin" her counter-clockwise.

yeah at first I thought it was a movie and was just changing direction, now I can make her do a 180 and change direction 5 or 6 times in a row. Now I'm happy
