I received the shoes on July 9 so does that mean i have til December 9 or January 9? Also does anyone know if adidas allows one to go a half size down? THanks

If the tread on the bottom looks smooth, they will take and replace it. If there is a hole in the out sole or toes/heels of the shoes, then they will replace it.

I would call them up and ask before you spend money on shipping.

Or bring it to local pro shop, in most cases they take care of these type of issues.
