I've used the search function far & wide, but didnt see a thread along these lines. There likely is another with a similar pretense, but whatever, this thread will be devoted to documenting Rafa Nadal's best career looks with Nike

Inspired by a convo with @David Le about the most bold on-court style since Agassi, please share your fav Rafa Nike outfits

Given it's his last season, the outfits worn now will likely be the last couple (sigh) - first post I'll share my top 5 fits. The rest are honorable mentions:

I thought the 2023 Indian Wells kit was nice, clean and a bit more modest.
I like alot of the v-necks they've come out with.

This will always be my favorite outfit worn by any player.

I stopped liking his kits when he switched to the shorter shorts in 2013.

2013 Indian Wells is probably the last one that I really liked (and even that was mainly due to the colorway.)

But the kits from 2006-10 were for the most part awesome. 2011-12 was Ok.

I didn't "not like" the 3/4 pants. I thought it was a unique look. But I will always be a huge fan of knee-length shorts with a sleeveless

. Sneaks to match is huge plus!

And for good reason. It was based off Andre Agassi's 1990 US Open kit (minus the Neo Teal accents.)

The colorway for both kits were Hot Lime, black, and white.

Yep, Nike could rerelease it, or Fed’s USO 2011 or FO 2012 - or, god forbid, Darth Fed & they would kill most contemporary offerings.

It always baffled me they never capitalized on that. They literally never sold any element of the darth fed kit to consumers. Some PE samples have found their way to the bay before:

For those of us who have been following Nike tennis quite closely over the years, you can recall the original 2007 darth Fed was a PE kit - seemingly a last minute pivot as they had RF slated to wear the a chevron style mesh/poly blend non-button placket mesh polo in blue/grey.

I was one of the idiots who bought it before the tournament thinking he'd wear it after seeing the ad

He ended up wearing a way classier blue fit for the day session, simple blue with a regular button placket. & the addition of the RF logo under the placket. & obviosuly the GOAT, darth fed

The 2007 RF darth Fed is probably the GOAT nike outfit, along with the Rafa 2010 night session mentioned by @kimguroo ... I put those two 1A/1B

For Fed, 2009 was the best especially FO. 2010 US open for nadal and 2009 FO for Fed. If I had to pick one…. That’s hard decision but probably go with Fed one because of the material which might be slightly more durable.
