Is there such thing as a tight polo for tennis?

That sounds ridiculous. The closest you'll get is last year's Federer US Open Polos. They are slim fitting tennis polos.

Fila was famous for its fitted Borg/Vilas polos, but they were made of cotton. I'd go with Nike or even check out Under Armour.

There's no such thing as a compression polo as far as I know, but there is such thing as wearing a polo a size or two too small.

Try some of the J Linderberg sweat wicking stuff - it will also works for tennis. That is tight fit polo - I guarantee it

Yes, there is actually, get the Adidas Equipment line in super small size.

Like what was stated before the Fila Shirts that Borg and Vilas wore were the only tight polo shirt I can think of. Here is a photo of Borg in his Signature Fila.
