Security Certificate Error on Android?

I've been seeing this for a few days and figured I'd see if anyone else is seeing this. When I check TT from my phone straight from the browser, I'm getting a Cert_Authority_Invalid error on both Chrome and Opera. Anyone else seeing the same issue?

The certificate authority for this site should be Symantec. No issues with Windows and FF on desktop and laptop. No issues with Apple tablet w/ Safari.

yes I've been getting the error sporadically for the past few weeks. Doesnt seem to matter whether its via a VPN or not - something definitely up with the https:// at times

Have you checked that date and time are correct for your Android system? Auto update date and time checked?

Have you all tried googling 'Android Security Certificate Error' There are about 3-4 root causes for this error condition according to the results. All I can say is incorrect Date and Time will also create this condition for Windows/FF combinations. AV setup or mismatches will also create this condition. Or just an expired certificate on the OS. All I can say is try the fixes since I do not have an Android device.

Appreciate the help! Before posting here I did my Google due diligence and it was a no go unfortunately. What I find strange is that chrome has the issue but Firefox doesn't. Opera also has the issue which runs the same under the hood as chrome, so no real surprise. Part of me wonders if it has something to do with different versions of Android but I am only guessing and am running the latest on an unlocked HTC 10. At the end of the day. It wasn't worth the time and effort to dig deeper.
