I just hope we have the same back 4 and keeper in. The clean sheet might have been the most satisfying thing about Sunday. I know Wolves are no mugs. Won their Europa qualifier 4-0 tonight again. They are more warmed up. Think we've all been there. Any average gamer. Maybe you're not feeling so sharp in the first match and you might get going until the second set. Want United to score in the first minute. James to be starting.

Awful start to the season as Barcelona lose 1-0 away to Athletic Bilbao. That slimy Aduriz came on with two minutes left and scored right away, with a bicycle kick.

We had our chances through Suarez, who came off injured right after hitting the post, Rafinha, Griezmann and Rakitic, and it felt like the second half was better, but it's sad how much the absence of the captain hurts. Totally unnecessary setback on the first day. Fortunately Leo should be back next week.

A very entertaining match. City and Spurs have that chemistry. 2-2 but still chances for a winning goal to come, I would think.

Norwich defeat Newcastle 3-1. That comment about moving from Michelin star boss to a local chippy boss always on my mind. Mon, Brucey.

Jesus puts City back in the lead in 92 minutes. lol Me and my jinx powers running wild.

OH WAIT! VAR City getting 'robbed'' again against Spurs.

The ol handball law is running wild. Still 2-2

Spurs were very fortunate today. City dominated. Not even sure one Spurs player was complaining about a handball. Pep did his interview, still a gentleman but very frustrated. Would be hard not to be. COYS.

Eleven premier league wins in a row for Liverpool.
City dropping points at home for the first time since the last time Tottenham came to City.
KDB's assists were magical.

Get rid of Valverde. Don't nust buy attackers. You need defenders as well. And midfielders. You guys are rich. Use it.

Missing out on defenders is my disappointment. Midfielders... Barca have better options there. Even with Coutinho on loan now.

Around 250 million have been spent already. Even with earning half of that back through some players' departures, spending more is not easy. The club's recent track record with transfer isn't good to begin with...

I apologise. Let's not even talk about Barca. It's tok painful

I know you can hardly draw many conclusions from 2 matches. Bit of the nostalgia coming in for Sheffield United. One of the originals back in the premier league for the first time in 12 years. 4 points from 2 games looks like a quite decent start to the return.

Meanwhile in the dull La Liga, Villarreal and Granada delivered a 4-4 draw last night. Unlike the English intensity overload, this was just some bad defending.

Real Madrid ahead of Barcelona in the league for the first time in 818 days. Better fix that soon.

If Manchester United win tomorrow they will be on top of the table. Might as well stop the Premier League if that happens, no? :p

What happened happened. It was rough but it's time to react now. New season ahead...

Shame Martial didn't capitalize on their mistake at the end of the first half.

Haven't created a lot but haven't allowed Wolves much either, good possession control. Need a composed defense in the second half as well.

Another chance. Lingard reminded me of eager me when I first went to the driving range. ''A swing and a miss.'' Then you eventually remember to keep your eye on the ball, slow down and don't swing all the way. Then you connect and see the ball fly. Good times.

Forget the midfield problems, we don't have enough scorers. Martial/Rashford will run hot and cold as they always do.

The midfield will only be exposed by teams like Liverpool/City. Most premier league teams not good enough to punish mediocre midfields. But even bad teams sure can punish anemic scoring.

United were the better team for most of the game and it's 1-1. Shame, however one of their most famous nights were when they were inferior but won. Maybe they are still paying their debts for that.

Of course, tonight doesn't compare to City's superiority two days ago, with Tottenham still taking a point. Why do bad things happen to the Manchesters... :(

You're thinking of Mourinho's Chelsea.

They got outplayed by the Chelsea under 11’s last weekend, but somehow won. Scrappy hoof up the middle, a penalty, scuffed shot that got deflected etc..

I have to admit, I’ve enjoyed all the hype off the back of it this last week knowing they had Wolves coming up. United are still the same team a season last year and Neville and Carragher are fuming about the mess that is the Pogba penalty situation. Normal service has been resumed!

Wow winning a game you got outplayed in 4-0, I'd hate to see the scoreline of Manchester United outplaying them then. 8-B

Didn't lose, though. Dominated. It wasn't same old United.

''Something ain't right here.''

OK, maybe it is. I knew it would be tricky game but unfortunate not to win.

I thought they were outplayed by Chelsea in the first half. But they ran over those kids in the second.
