Tourna Grip/Tac

So many players use Tourna Grip; both amateur and many tournament pros. I have success using it in the summer when the humidity is high, but now that Fall weather is here, I don't get enough tackiness from it for my grip to feel secure. With the original Tourna Grip I feal as if I want to sprinkle water on it to have it feel right in the colder weather. Is the Tourna Tac a valid solution for me?

The pros using Tourna Grip seem to be using it all year even during the late season and early season indoor tournaments. Do you suppose they are really switching over to Tourna Tac? I guess they both are the same blue now.

tourna tac does have moret tac than tourna grip. tac has that wet sticky feeling. tourna tac is definately better than tourna grip in terms of tackiness. if you want good tac but dry feeling, dunlop hydramax is really good. feels soft and dry and the same time have a good grip, very good grip. it feels better on leather than synthetic grip. in fact i would only recommend hydramax on leather. its so grippy it feels like it want to torn my skin, which it has before but it hasn't lately, maybe my swing was horrible back then.

Pro's travel with the nice weather or go indoors so Tourna Grip can always work for them. For us bums, its nice to switch to the Tourna Tac in the winter and keep the Tourna Grip for the summer.

At face value I would agree with that, but often these end of season indoor tournaments show at least the women in long sleeves, etc. So, because Tac and Grip both come in blue, I suppose they could be switching too like you and I.
