Just because it was the norm does not mean it will carry on being the norm. It changes with time. Only a few years ago, underhand serves were a gamesmanship issue. What happened? Kyrgios embraced it and now it is a part of the sport.

Some are ready to serve in 10 sec and some take full 25 sec and then toss. Since the ball is in motion, umpire can't give a warning. Some people could have a problem with that. Why?
