Um, this is embarrassing... I can't attach the dropweight...

Two days ago, I took the dropweight off the bar completely, out of random. I was fooling around a little, and dropped it onto the padded carpet floor by accident. Now, I can't seem to get the stupid thing back onto the bar... Can I get some help please?

BTW, I contacted Alpha, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

Have you backed the set screw all the way out?

Yes. Heck, I even completely removed the screw, but it doesn't go back on the rod.

The rod tip won't fit in the hole?

Can you remove the rod and try to put the weight on the other end?

The rod won't fit. I tried removing the rod, but it seems like it's practically superglued to the tensioner. I'll try again later, since I didn't focus my efforts on unscrewing the rod. Thanks for the suggestion!

If it came off the first end, it should go back on there.
