Urgent Help Needed: Defective Racquet from TWE

I’m a US customer who ordered a racquet from TW Europe two weeks ago. However, I’m facing a rather frustrating issue and need some guidance.

Two weeks ago, I placed an order with TWE and eagerly awaited the arrival of my new racquet. Last Friday, it finally arrived, but I found two noticeable damages on the racquet upon opening the box. I was really looking forward to using it, so you can imagine my disappointment.

Since then, I’ve been trying to reach out to TWE’s customer service through email and phone calls. I’ve sent numerous emails detailing the issue with my defective racquet, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a single reply. I’ve also called their customer service line repeatedly during their business hours, but it appears to be an unavailable line, with no one answering.

I’m posting here today to raise awareness of my predicament and seek advice from this knowledgeable community. I urgently need this racquet for my upcoming matches, and time is of the essence. If any of you have faced a similar situation or have insights into how to escalate this matter with TWE or get in touch with them more effectively, your assistance would be invaluable.

Update: Issue resolved! Many thanks to the TW US and TWE teams for their assistance.
