Umm, Roddick won the US Open with a serve and forehand combination. Roddick's forehand is probably one of the top 15 in the world or better.

It's ridiculous to say he has the worst let alone a bad forehand.

Roddick's forehand as of late sucks. It's like a claycourt forehand without enough spin.




No one has even mentioned Ivo Karlovic, who's forehand completely stinks.

henman has the worst technique though, along with bjorkman, they both keep their wrist straight through the stroke like a volley.

We are talking about effectiveness, not aesthetics. Gasquet's forehand although ugly it may be, has been working for him so far, although it is still a liability at times.



You are right Gorilla, Henman's forehand is terrible, has little to no pace and literally no depth at all.

Well.. it must be said that Roddick's forehand today, is different from his forehand with which he won the US Open. These days he seems to have to much spin and not enough pace. Itç not the weapon it used to be imo.

Ivan Ljubicic hits the ugliest and the worst forehand at least in top 20, it's amazing how such a good ranked player has a stroke like that. Ancic also always had a bad forehand.
